So I tried booking my girlfriend a trip from Cebu to Manila online. Upon doing the purchase, the website was not loading properly.
It was just saying the transaction was pending. So I tried waiting for an email or an update since the payment had already gone through as per my bank. It had been 3 hours already, so I tried contacting their customer service hotline, but that's when I regretted it. I'm still waiting for someone to pick up, and it's been 1 hour and 2 minutes already.
Like, what the *** when I called I was like the 10th in line. Now it has been 1 hour and 2 minutes waiting and I'm now 2nd.
Like, how many agents do they have? This was such a bad experience!

-Yesterday I received a call from a rider of 2go express name Keith, I'm not gonna put his name here. I'm at work and only the father of my boyfriend are in our house, I told him that I have a delivery coming from 2go express it's my atome card and I also said that he need atleast 1 valid ID upon receiving my parcel, pero sabi ni tito nagtankng daw if may iniwan ba daw ako na pangmeryenda ??
Seriously? And the thing is pinipilit ng rider na bigyan siya ni tito, hindi kase aware si tito eh kase I know it's free, okay lang naman sana kaso nag dedemand ang rider na bigyan siya ?
Ganun ba talaga yun ?? BTW the Rider's name is Keith !

Delivery rider GUADENCI was rude!!!
2nd attempt na nung delivery ng parcel ko kasi yung 1st, hindi daw pwede na hindi ako yung mismong mag receive (kasi nasa trabaho ako) so ngayon, 2nd attempt na and sobrang rude ng rider . Nanghihingi ng ID and di ko naman alam na kelangan pala mag present pagka receive nung parcel so sabi ko cge sir kuha muna ako or may picture ako dito baka ok lang to and sabi nya "hawakan mo to (yung parcel)" sabay sabi na alis na ko, and ayun kumaripas na takbo ng motor lol

I would like to make a complaint. Your courier, Kerwin is such a lazy and has a bad attitude towards his costumers.
2GO messaged me that they will deliver my order so I waited and instructed my cousin to receive my order since I have work. Kerwin called and asking for my exact location. I told him someone will be receiving my order so I can give him the number I ask if I can just provide the number through the call but he said it he can't save it since his using his phone. I was about to provide another solution which is I'll be going out of the office quickly so I can just forward the number through message.
But unexpectedly, Kerwin DROPPED THE CALL WHILE I WAS SPEAKING. HE THEN TAGGED MY ORDER AS AN UNSUCCESSFUL ATTEMPT. I CALLED HIM AGAIN TO SAY WHY WOULD HE DO THAT? WHY DROP THE CALL WHEN HE KNEW HIS COSTUMER IS STILL SPEAKING?
I ALSO REQUESTED TO DELIVER MY ORDER TODAY EVEN THOUGH MY ORDER IS THE LAST ONE TO BE DELIVERED. BUT AGAIN, HE DROPPED THE CALL WHILE I WAS SPEAKING. WHAT AN ATTITUDE? YOU'RE THIS KIND OF EMPLOYEE?
MY FRIENDS ALSO TOLD ME HE WAS THE SAME COURRIER ASSIGNED TO THEIR ORDER HE TREAT THEM THE SAME. JUST ONE CALL AND THEN UNSUCCESSFUL ATTEMPT? HE DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO MESSAGE??? ANYWAYS I SENT HIM A MESSAGE AND HE REPLY HE STILL HAVE A LOT OF DELIVERIES IN A RUDE MANNER.
I REPLIED AND ASK TO DELIVER MY ORDER TODAY IN HIS MOST CONVENIENT TIME SINCE I BADLY NEEDED MY ORDER SINCE IT'S BEEN 2 DAYS DELAYED! I never got a reply. But then finally, he replied when i sent him a message that as long as he deliver my order to him I'll pay my order with an additional cost. IMAGINE?
HE ONLY REPLY SINCE I'LL PAY FOR AN ADDITIONAL COST? WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS 2GO???
I WANT HIM TO BE SUSPENDED SO HE LEARN HIS LESSON. I WANT AN UPDATE TO MY COMPLAINT AND REGARDING THE COURIER.

I am writing to formally report an issue regarding one of your delivery riders who exhibited disrespectful behavior during a recent delivery. Today, January 30, 2025, the rider assigned to my delivery was Bernard, here in Davao Occidental particularly in Sta Maria. His contact number was 0916980****. The document was supposed to arrive yesterday but the rider said that the area was too far. However, it honestly takes 5 minutes or less than 10 minutes by motorbike from Población. He mentioned that since there was only one document, he saw no reason to deliver. This is despite the fact that the document is very important and he is a delivery man. I provided the address where it should be delivered, but your delivery man failed to do so.
You should know that out of many documents I have sent, he is the only rider who didn't deliver to this location. He told me to meet him in Población. He wanted me to adjust to the situation. Therefore, I sent my representative to claim on my behalf. When my representative arrived, the rider was nowhere to be found. He lied, claiming he was still in the area when he had already left. He apparently made another delivery in Malalag and was no longer in the arranged meeting location.
Despite the fact that Sta Maria is closer to me, he reasoned that it would be a waste of time to deliver only one document there. What kind of service is this? Whether there is one or many documents, they should be delivered to the customer's address as specified. That is the customer's right. What's worse? He even told me I was hard to understand and used harsh words! Even though I had adjusted to his demand for a meet up, he was disrespectful. I also have proof from messages and the time that he messaged me. He spoke rudely, acted unprofessionally, and refused to cooperate. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and does not reflect the professionalism expected from a reputable courier service like 2GO Express.
I kindly request that this matter be addressed, as respectful customer service is essential for a positive delivery experience. Please let me know how you plan to handle this issue, and I would appreciate any updates regarding the action taken.

2GO EXPRESS RIDER IS A NIGHTMARE FOR ME. Grabe ang bastos!!!
It's holy week I expecting by Monday pa magreresume ang delivery.
Before we went to the province Saturday morning chineck ko pa ang parcel status ang it says DVO PH. And 2 days na syang naka ganun ang status since Maundy Thursday. Saturday came, around 8am nag message na pala ang 2go express eh nasa bundok kami walang signal, so 10am i decided to go to the highway para makateceive ng possible messages. And yun dun ko pa sya nareceived..
i immediately texted the rider na kung pwede by sunday nalang kasi hindi pa kami makakauwi and plan ko ipapakesuyo ko nalang sa kapitbahay namin. Nag please pa ako and thank you (kasi sa other courier mas bet ng rider na may text message for proof nila) so yun ginawa ko i texted the rider. Sabi nya wala sya by sunday. Sabi ko kung sino po pwede ma assigned, hindi daw sya sure if madeliver ng striker nya kasi hindi daw kabisando ang area.
Sabi ko by monday po, wala din daw sya. Sabi ko naman kung sino nalang po pwede. Ang dami na nyang reklamo. Ang pinagpuputok ng butchi nya sobra daw masilan ng parcel ko kailangan ingatan hindi pa daw pwede matupi.
Parang naging kasalan ko pa na kailangan nya ingatan parcel ko. Sana iseminar ko naman rider nyo 2go express

Riders are not properly well mannered. Do not follow own guidelines.
And lack of reading comprehension, the rider do not text before delivering the parcel and the attitude is not bearable. Very much disappointed.

The courier rider essentially refused to deliver our parcel to the Post Office address on the parcel! So many excuses and lies and even saying that the Post Office didnt know us when all he had to do was deliver it to the Post Office clerks who would have deposited the parcel into our PO box as usual.
BUT the Post Office clerks (who do know us) said the courier did not ever speak to them and never attempted to deliver the parcel to the Post Office Box! We sent 30 messages to several 2Go contacts trying to find our parcel and urge simple delivery of our parcel to the Post Office address- And NO response ever! We finally called the courier and asked that he just deliver it as he should to our Post Office Box. He LIED to us and said he would and said he would call if he had any problems!
He NEVER went to the Post Office nor did he call us! We had to spent the day traveling a great distance to physically seek help from the 2Go office in Dumaguete which only resulted in more lies with so much apathy regarding solving the issue! They told us he was in Bacong and would there within 20 minutes...Sadly, he finally showed after an hour smiling and laughing with no regrets or apologies for the inconvenience and stress he caused with his failure to deliver to our proper address!
WORST COURIER EVER! Just in case there is some doubt, we recorded the whole event - the lies, deceit, failure to deliver and the unprofessional disrespect towards the customer!)

I have a concern regarding my orders that tagged as unsuccessful, your rider named Dennis assigned in Julita Branch INTENTIONALLY didn't deliver my item, he either tagged it as Unsuccessful and returned to seller that day.
It was my third order that I didn't receive when Dennis is my courier, I already complained this before the second time and yet 2GO didn't even solve the problem.
The way you handled consumer is SUCKS. I only have issues with my parcels when the courier is 2GO.
2GO is the worst courier of all here in the Philippines.
